Today on 11th October, 2023, International Girl Child day ,2023 has been observed at Kamrup District. Attending the programme as chief guest, the District Commissioner, Kamrup, Smti Keerthi Jalli urges the girl child to follow the great women of our country who fought for the nation. On the occasion, a series of activities carried out like sports kits distribution, felicitation of sports person, flyover painting, training for self defence etc. Sports kits distribution has done for 30 nos of athletics players.
